Booking a session with Tech Tutoring is simple:

1. Email us directly at help@techtutoring.com.au with the service you want and your preferred time.
2. Or use our contact form below to send your request. Just let us know:
   • Which service you’re interested in (1:1, group, or custom training)
   • Your preferred date and time
      

We’ll get back to you promptly to confirm your session and provide any additional details.

At Tech Tutoring, we offer flexible pricing depending on the type of training you choose:

• 1:1 Tutoring: $49.99 per session — personalized, hands-on guidance tailored to your goals.
• Group Training: $79.99 per session — interactive classes with small groups, encouraging collaboration and shared learning.
• Custom Training: Price varies — tailored programs for businesses, teams, or unique objectives. Contact us for a quote.

Each Tech Tutoring session lasts 40 minutes, providing enough time for focused, hands-on learning while keeping the session engaging and effective.

Tip: We also offer discounts for multiple sessions to help you save while learning more. 

All Tech Tutoring sessions are delivered online via Zoom, making it easy to learn from the comfort of your home or office. 

Zoom allows us to share screens, demonstrate concepts live, and provide hands-on exercises, ensuring every lesson is practical and engaging.

At Tech Tutoring, we make payments simple and secure. We currently accept:

• PayPal – Quick and secure online payments
• Bank Transfer – For larger or custom training bookings
   

All payments are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.

Tip: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

We offer flexible online sessions to fit your schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM AWST
• Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM AWST
   

All sessions are held via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in Australia (or beyond) during these hours.

Tip: Bookings are first-come, first-served, so we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time.

Yes! We understand that schedules can change. You can reschedule or cancel a session under the following conditions:

• Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to move your session to a new time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
